sensor related problem?
i have had this problem for a little while now. When i first start my car in the mornin she runs fine cranks fine and idles good. then likke 1-4 hours later after i went for a drive she wont start. she will crank and crank but not fire up. i checked and had spark i checked for fuel and i had fuel but as i was cranking i could smell raw gas and there was black smoke out the exhaust. then i thought that it was gettin too much gas so i took off the bellows up top on the tb and opened the tb blades so air could get in there did that for a few mins and she finally started but was runnin so rich black smoke was commin out the exhaust and the idle was erratic and i had to hold the rpm up and she was hesitating. as soon as she went into closed loop and was all warmed up she ran great again. if i start it up after i shut it down with in 5 mins she starts and runs fine. so i took it home put orig maf back in took off tb and cleaned it cleaned iac motor and inspected tps. i noticed when i took bellows completley off tb the bottom was caved in and ripped a little bit. after i put everything back together she ran great no problems untill last night. i go out for a 20 min drive go to grab some food out of mc donnalds and w/in 5-10 mins of shuttin her down she wont start she will only crank but it wasent as bad then she finally fired up by her self after the last crank and the rpm shot up to about 2k and graduatly went down. every time i hit the gas the rpm would dip and then kick up and go w/in like a min of having her started she would run fine. my question is, could it be the tps or iac motor in the tb. i just recently put in bosch o2s have a moroso cai and 160 * power stat and hpp and airfoil engine has 42k on it and plugs are a little fouled out like shes runnin rich. also what adjust a/f ratio
thanks in advance sorry for the long thread. im about to go get a new tps and iac motor

The best way to keep from replacing good parts is to monitor it with a scan tool or software so you can see what those sensors are doing. I doubt it is the TPS, but could be the IAC. Still, even those are guesses without any info to back up the guess and it could be something else.
