Whoa Whoa Whoa... Whats a carwash? My baby never will see the likes of that automated machinery with their scratchy brushes or pads and their wax dissolving soaps.

Your are right tho, I would imagine that cold water on hot metal would warp it.

Thatnks for the input everyone. I have one other question, I have been on this board for awhile now and i still dont know what LCA's are. I never asked before, but now I wanna know.

LCA = lower control arm, or so I think.

IE my Chrokee has LCA's and UCA's.

Yes LCA's = Lower Control Arms. Subframes are definitely one of the first things I would do if I were you. They make a world of difference. Then maybe start thinking about lowering springs, shocks, panhard rod, and adjustable torque arm. That should set you up pretty well for now.

I have to pass on the lowering springs. I have long tubes and the clearance is close enough as it is.

Sub-frame connectors are what I recommend also. Tires should also be something you seriosly consider. Some nittos and a Torque arm would be really nice for some traction

I guess I lucked out w/ my new (used) ride... I haven't heard a squeak or tapping sound at all. Everything seems smooth as hell

Do you have any way of getting sound/vid clips of what your ride sounds like with the LT's/Flowmaster combo before you swap out exhaust? I'm sort of curious as to what mine would sound like... I believe headers will be the first mod for it. LS1Sounds had a butt load of sweet examples but it wouldn't hurt to get another one or two

I have no way to record it to mmy computer. The flowmaster actually sounds better without the LTs. I've heard what the Magnaflow sounds like with my setup and I am sold on it.

Its my second LS1 and its almost as great as my 98 T/A.

I like the way the Trans Am's look compared to the Camaros, but i got the Z because of the price. Just picked it up today and I love it!
