Magnaflow Had it on the mustang and I have it now on the ss, love it. Of course the mustang was louder since I had an o/r H pipe. I'm sure some lts in the future will change that though. An electirc cutout is a good idea but again the sound is a little too rough for me, sounds too much like a boat.
