we auto tapped it and it showed over 1900 misses (both 5 ad 6 had 1900+ each) and all of em were today. it was running fine and so i went out to run errends in it and on the way home i took it to 2800rpm and then let off..... after that this all started happening. we changed 5 and 6 injectors to see if that was it but it wasn't the problem i guess since its still doing it. any thoughts?

 

I was getting the same thing. It started with #5, them spread to all the others on the drivers side. It seems to have been the connector pin on the coil packs. I got new pack & it is cool now. It appears that water got in there, and coroded the pins. I'll have to get something from Radio Shack to clean them off.

Switch the coil packs from one side to another, do an ATAP & see if the problem follows to the other side. Good luck.
