Im looking to get the most HP possible out of the cam configuration I have . I thought about going with stage 3 heads but Im not looking for a Setup so extreme that the car would be annoying as a daily driver .

Ill message ya .

Typical use of progressive controls are for tracks. If your intention is to be a street demon with limited visits to the track then I don't really see a need for one.

Re: LS1 on spray?

I have a 2000 Ram Air TA A4 that has the following mods:

SLP Lid
K&N Filter
Flowmaster Muffler
TB Bypass
Screen removed from MAF
125 shot NOS

Ran the 1/8th in 7.8 @ 92 MPH on street tires NO Slicks! 93 octane

without the NOS it would run 8.3 @ 84 MPH on streets.

Next on the list :

replace lifters
Borla Exhaust system (totally replace factory)
Drag Radials

The NOS is defiantely a good thing- just depends if ya want to drive around with the engine guzzling gas which it would do if ya up the size of the cam.
NOS is there when you need it. I love it! but you have to be careful.
I don't use WOT. I have a button I press when I want it.
