Intake

I have a ls1 with mti stage 2 ported heads a eps 222 224 596 598 cam the compression is a lil over or around 11 to 1 I have an ls6 intake on it now how much would a fast or an aftermarket intake help? It made 396 at the tires on a conservative tune. I was thinking about getting a 102 intake and running a 95mm throttle body and mass air do you think this will help? Thanks for your help

Re: Intake

I think you would get 10-15 hp but is it worth the price?

Only you can answer that question.

Re: Intake

I would think a bigger cam would get you bigger gains for a lot less cash.
