You just have to know how to launch it. This engine likes to rev, and the A4 cars will punch hard from just about any speed except for around 40 MPH, that's where their "dead spot" is. If you don't get on it ASAP from a dead stop, the motor will bog down until about 3,000 RPM, but if you give it some decent throttle from a dead stop, it will take off like a scared deer.

I completely agree with the fact that there is just something about the power behind an LS1 that calms the soul. There are times when just hitting the gas and taking off can release some great amounts of stress especially against an annoying lil rice burner.
