how to replace bulb for turn signal?
I think my turn signal bulb is burned out. Because the arrow inside lights up, but is frozen solid green. However the day time running light still lights up. Is it a burned out bulb or fuse? Do I have to replace the bulb from the inside or does the turn signal pop out? Thanks for your help.
If you're not blinking, but just staying on, then you have a lamp out either front or rear.
Rear lamps are replaced from the inside. Front lamps (on the T/A at least) are replaced from behind.

The turn signal bulb is burned out. To replace this the easiest way is to open the hood and take out the headlight. This only thing holding the headlight in is a 10mm bolt. Remove this and the headlight will come out and give you easy access to replace the turn signal.

I always was against that way until it dawned on me how simple it is to take out the headlights. Otherwise its really hard to reach the turn signal.
