FTRA Addon Scoop

Does it make a difference? I just have the airbox and ram air plate, but no scoop, and have yet to install it, and thought about ordering the scoop before doing so. Thanks.

I had the original plate without the sides. I can't say I noticed a difference when I took it off. So I don't know. But from the fast toys site, they say the new scoop is more efficient than then the slat style. So who know.

Dark Angel, I believe you're talking about the FTRA extension MADE by Fast Toys. The Austin Scoop which some people call the FTRA Addon is MADE by Austin Performance Inc . This is the same company that produces the SSRA. The Austin Scoop fits FTRA, SLP, and the Whisper Ram Air kits. The FTRA extension and the Austin Scoop are two different things. This is a scoop to make those kits similar to the SSRA. Go to
