yeah my mom said autos are for girls too lol jk I personally fall asleep when im driving an auto.

 

Ok, my buddy has a 35th aniversary A4 and when it was stock and mine was stock I would KICK his A$$ all day long from any roll or stop, espically from 60mph on up (not even funny). Know he has 3200stall, shift kit, PPG, Borla, Headers, No cats, ....... At the track he has run a best of 12.19, its in the 60'! Know with that said and the mods you can read in my sig I still pull his A$$ on the highway for that matter on the street from 30mph on up to 60mph its pretty close then its bye bye.

I like to tell him when he gets the jump on me Iam just REELING you in buddy!

 

i've never seen a m6 lose to an a4 "stock" but modified cars can be a different story, it all depends in the set up you are looking for. good luck

 

Anyone else hate these threads? They seem to go nowhere, and you can argue this topic to the death! I understand wanting to know what is what, but this is brought up at least twice a week!

 

Easy decision:
Dedicated race car = auto
Street toy with occasional track use = M6

 

danzinger hit the nail on the head!! Auto can be/will be the ultimate drag car in the end.....Its all about how much you have to spend and what you really want.
