lol, hmm,......doesnt look like that will give you much horsepower, but yuo may be able to cook him up for next thanksgiving dinner.

Looks like they probably ground some, added some epoxy and ground some more to give a little larger area/flow path there, or possibly epoxied up a bolt hole.
