Developed a miss...

Yesterday, my buddy and I decided to do a bunch of stuff to my car since we had to fix a dead water pump. We did plugs (TR55IX), wires (MSD), cleaned the MAF, cut the airbox for the free ram-air mod, cleaned the throttle body, cleaned/re-oiled the K&N air filter... basically a nice tune-up.

However, I developed a miss. I played with the wires some more this morning, but would it be possible that one of them just isn't on soundly (read: #7)? I pushed in on there as hard as I could, but the miss is still there. You can hear it once the car gets warm at idle all the way up to redline.

The plugs were gapped at .055. That's in stock range, right? It wouldn't be spark blowout, especially at idle, I would think.

Any ideas? It almost has to be the wires... I hope.
