Okay, I had a minor heisitation problem on my car when I would just be cruisin (would kinda hesitate when cruising but no popping) so I changed a couple of parts. First I changed the O2's 2 weeks ago, no change. Then today I changed the stock AC delco spark plugs with some NGK TR55's (gapped them to .060) and it made my problem 10x worse (Hesitation all through RPM and Pops when I get on it thru the cutout all the way to WOT). I'm about ready to buy AutoTap (Not a bad $150 investment) But I was wondering if you guys had any ideas? Any ideas or past problems and corrections would be greatly appreciated! I was thinking maybe a fuel injector or fuel filter? Tired of guessing and no one here in the UK can diagnostic and Gen III motor

Not telling you to throw parts at your car but it almost sounds like a MAF problem. The only way to be sure is to get a scan tool on it and look at some actual values.

 

Well I do have a LS1 ScanMaster. Where can I find where what the values should be?

Before spending more money, regap your plugs. I run at .055, but many in my car club run .050.

 

Really think that would help out? I"ll give it a shot tomorrow. I'll let you guys know.

Have you checked the wires to make sure they are good, and seated on the connections good?
