Car idling horribly and dies when revved.

I just did h/c/i about a week ago and had my headers/y-pipe welded today because i had a leak in the junction. Car ran great for a little bit then I got to my destination, i saw the MAP raise from its usual 65 at idle to 85ish and then died. I also got a code for MAP performance earlier.

Now, the car will turn on, run terribly and when i hit the gas it dies.

I can't figure out what is going on.

I drove in some rain/ puddles so I am thinking it might have been something that got wet.

I checked all my intake bolts and hoses to make sure I dont have an intake leak.

I did have to relocate my map sensor but I double checked the wiring on that too.

Any ideas?

Where are your fuel trims?

Check your PCV system.

How big of an extension wire did you use? I had a 36 inch extension on mine once and it screwed up everything until I got a 12". The MAF frequencies were spiking because of the extra resistance.

I ended up solving it. Seemed to be a tuning glitch. I set the MAF SES lights to no error reported and it disabled the MAP as well. For some reason, it ran fine for one short trip. Was very hard to diagnose because everything seemed perfect mechanically and it did actually drive for a little bit on the tune.

I tried an old tune and it worked perfectly and slowly went through my tunes, noting what i changed.
