Yes, they all have seperate coil packs. However, '98 are individually bolted to the valve cover,where 99+ each bank is on a rail.

Here is an a mail I wrote the guy.

[QUOTE] In late 2001 and 2002 motors came with the superior LS6 intake but the block is still LS1. This motor had some aftermarket stuff on it, but I was putting it back to stock in order to sell it quicker.
I had a weiland polished intake on it, along with GROT LT's, ported and polished stage 2 heads. If you would like the LS6 intake I can get you one that no problem, they go for about 300.00, not only that but I still have the weiland intake so I could trade someone for that plus some cash. [QUOTE]

Well he's correct, the blocks weren't LS6...just had an LS6 intake like he said. You could go for the 98-00 block and just add an LS6 intake like he said though...

 

1998 Engine no doubt, parimeter bolt valve covers are a dead give away. Curious why those heads are on that engine, even if he did swap manifolds it doesn't explain the heads.
