I think the replacement SLP Y-pipe we see for sale is a replacement for people with shorties or stock manifolds. I think the one that comes with their headers is a matching Y-pipe for Long tubes. I could be wrong though, too.
You'll still need the cats & install kit which is like another $450 or so.

you can buy our own clamps and re-use your metal gaskets and pick up o2 sims for cheap somewhere else if you even want to. running without the rear o2's beyond the SES light doesnt effect anything. and the code can be turned off with edit when one goes in for a tune.

i could be reading it wrong again, doh, but it KINDA seems like IF you want to use cats, those are the ones you need... just found out my friend's friend just put the package on about a year ago.. going to ask him tomorrow how it all worked out... he bought it from this site...
