2002 ws6 trans am

I'm not an expert of trans ams but there is a 02 black trans am ws6 manual, wither headers no cats and (flowruster muffler that will have to change) 83,000 miles the frame looked great the paint has three minor scrathes very hard to see, hurst shifter, has reciepts for engine rebuild the LS1 is practically stock he said so lots of goodies I can get for it.
10,000 OBO guys is retiring to philipines
Only thing is he said the reason he had to rebuild it was he flooded one of the heads, and had them port and polish the heads. So is this a steal, kelly rates it at 13,000+ hope this is enough info guys thanks I have a 93 z28 auto 4, 3.73 gears, CAI, MSD, SLP Loudmouth. Was wandering what performs better lol I will list more specs on teh Trans later after driving.

Hmm...sounds fishy...

I'd like to know what exactly happened...Flooded heads? WTF?

If there's nothing wrong, then 10k is a decent deal for an 02 WS6...Make sure it's actually a WS6 though by looking at the RPO codes in the drivers side door panel...

I'd definitely consider a detailed MV history on the car before you buy...

Make sure you physically see the car, lots of scams these days with people using the back drop that they have to sell fast and cheap because they are leaving the United States.

He is retired Navy, I have sat in the car, driven it shifts fine, no rust. Smoke on startup has Hooker headers, into Y-pipe no cats. Sounds nice but not nice enough gonna change that if I get it. Receipts show less than 250 miles on rebuilt engine. Service engine light on due to rear O2 sensors disconnected. From the outside of the engine can I tell what shape its in, I'm relatively new to F-bods, and brand new to LS1's what should I look at aswell. The T-tops in perfect condition, leather interior gorgeous. Immediate throttle response, clutch does take some umf to press but no biggy, the air box does not say SLP tho, but he has one in the garage. I want all the help I can get before I buy her. thanks guys
