That, and the missing steering wheel controls - I shoulda bought an '00.

Actually, I have heard that the '00's got the best cam of all the years, although they eliminated the header style manifolds that the '98 's & '99's got.

'01's & '02's seem to be the piston slap cars - '98's lose oil pumps on occasion, but get a functioning temp gaugeas well as larger injectors.

'02's have the 35th Ann badging on the instrument panel.

If I remember correcty, '98 thur '00 HP for Z28/T/A was 305 - 320 on the SS & WS.6.

'01 & '02 were rated 310 "base" & 325 SS/Ram Air, with an option for 345 HP on the SS - probably the 'Hawk as well.

'01 & '02 got the LS6 intake and the truck cam, as well as no EGR.

Ah - decisions, decisions.

Enjoy !

Britt
Really 01-02 have no egr? How come? I would love to ditch my egr and get that z06 kit. It says that u will have to remove the egr and i need my car to be emissions legal. So i was just woundering how they did that. thanks
