1.85 Rocker Question

I was wondering if anyone just has a rocker upgrade without a cam or tuning. Is it OK just to put on bigger rockers without tuning or getting a bigger cam? what are the gains? Tks

I just heard somewhere that CompCams has just rolled out a full roller rocker setup for the LS1 that comes in 1.75 or 1.85 and fits under the stock valve covers without modification. They were claiming between 10 & 20 HP from the reduction in friction. I'm not sure if it goes with the stock setup, but I don't see why it wouldn't.
