1/8 mile #'s
1/8 mile #'s
I ran my SS in the 1/8 mile tonite. The 1/4 mile track is two hours away (but im going over winter break). Anyway, i ran twice.
The first time i spun all the way into 3rd had a 3.2 60 ft. and ran a 9.0 @75mph
The second one was borderline flawless
1.6 60 ft.
6.8@89 mph.
I figure my second run would be good for at least a low 12 1/4 mile. Correct me if im wrong

Probably NOT! Several flaws in your #'s. To start with a 3.2 60' you are not going to run a 9.0 at 75. Your MPH would have to be over 100 to still manage a 9.0. Also, a 6 speed car with stock 10 bolt is NOT going to hold a 1.6 60' time. A big convertor auto car yes, but a 6 speed on the stock 10 bolt......Not going to happen. Third, a car trapping 89 mph will NOT run a 6.8. A 6.8 car will trap over 100 mph. Several friends have 6.7-6.8 cars and they trap around 105. Also you said you though your last pass was a low 12. A 6.8 in the 1/8th is a 10.50 in the 1/4, but could NOT be achieved with the MPH you posted. Your 89 MPH is about 113 in the 1/4 and that isn't going to get you any 10 sec timeslips. A car with 404 rwhp will run low 12's, but that is the only part of your story that is even in the ballpark. Before you come on telling stories at least go to a track and see what similar cars run to make it believable.
