Well I would like to add my $0.02 on the whole ASR setting. Before I bought my car, I test drove 4 different Z28s, and only one of those cars had the ASR. The one that had it was a 99 Convertible with 3.23s and I hated how the pedal pushed back from flooring it, turned it off and the salesman got pretty ticked off because of Flooring it from a dead stop to light the tires up, but I did notice that even with it off The pedal did kick back a little... I almost bought that car untill I ran across mine, and I am glad that it does not have ASR even though with the Stock Goodyear Eagle GSC's are like Bald Tires in the rain. My only complaint about the 4 different cars including mine is they were all A4s, no M6s at that time!
