y pipr for lt1

y pipr for lt1

should i make a 2.5 or a 3 inch y pipe to come off my jet jots? i herd mixed opinions on both. what should i do??

You should do a 3". If the rest of your exhaust is 3", why not make the Y 3". Unless, your car has been lowered quite a bit and you are worried about ground clearance.

i only have the pro kit installed. Is the driver's side header supposed to be really close to the floor of the car? I can barely fit my finger between the flange and the car.

I'm not really familiar with the Jet Hot's, but I think that they are nearly the same as Hooker's. I would have to look at mine and see, I don't know how high my Hooker's fit. As long as it doesn't make contact, which is the main issue, you should be fine.

yeah, its just that htere is part of the subframe right behind the header collector and it is making it extremely hard to get a y-pipe to connect to the collector.
