Wish I coulda found an LT/LS1 without all the prone-to-fail options

Man I wish I coulda found a nice Formula/Camaro without all the power crappage. I like crank windows, manual locks, cable operated switches without vacuum/electrical solenoids, radio antenna built into the windshield, not the electric one (that quits so often you just stop fixing it, and leave it up and listen to it grind everytime you turn on the radio ) headlights with vacuum motors not the cheesy electrical crap the formulas come with....and maybe even a nice spring assisted strut set-up for the huge/heavy back hatch instead of the oil filled wonders that quit like clockwork I love the drivetrains on these cars...but the rest of the fail-on-a-daily-basis extra garbage really ticks me off sometimes. Everytime I roll my drivers window up or down, which has a brand new motor in it, I'm listening for it to start slowing down again like the passengers side is now doing same with the headlights...just replaced the drivers side motor, evertime I turn them on I wonder how much longer the passenger side has Door locks same deal. And I have a vacuum prob of some type with the heater/ac vents quitting under hard throttle. And of course the typical in town ac blowing hot then cold for no apparent reason
Don't get me wrong I love my formula...and mechanically its been a rock. But the damn options just kill me. At 85K miles this stuff shouldn't be breaking If I would have ordered it new it wouldn't have had ANY luxury options but a good stereo and ac...and maybe an alarm....and the radio/cd controls in the wheel are nice too
One nice thing is mine has all the performance options too tho, so I guess I can't complain too much

I tried to get a 97 Z28 without the trouble-prone items but no one would sell me one without an engine. LOL.

Edit: I better put j/k.

Well,I grabbed my binicallers, and looked out the window, cause I was looking for the three wise men to come over the mountain,I wasn't there the first time, and I don't want to miss it this time for the next miracle.Anyway, might consider an LE,no power windows,ect.ect.Just for fun. It's a love ,hate relationship.(LE's were produced I think 1993,I dunno.Hope this helps.
