Today I lowered the driver side window all the way and got a "grinding/ buzzing" noise when it hit the bottom of it's travel.
It would then go all the way back up OK, however it now gets stuck when I try to put it down - even with a gentle push on the window. Right now the window is all the way up, where it will stay until I get it sorted out.
I see the window motors are a pain, by the motor still seems to work.
Any help here would be appreciated. I am new to Camaros and GM technology (or lack thereof). Could I have stripped some gears on the regulator?

Yes. You need to pull the door panel and take a look. Plenty of write-ups, do a search. Also http://shbox.com/page/index.html has post and diagrams that might help.
