----Yeah I hope my passenger side is just slow. My driver`s side goes right up but the passenger side takes a bit longer and doesn`t go all the way up unless I open the door (because of the resistance from the rubber seals.----

Thats the exact same thign mine does...thats what i hoped replacing it will fix.

Mine wont work with the engine off and on acc anymore, they are just too slow.

I lower them one at a time when I can, my driver one is slow going down, passenger one is slow going up.

I'd remove the door panal and spray WD-40 on the track/rollers but I'm affrade I'll damage the door panal and not be able to get it back on properly. I once removed the window switch and never got it back correctly in the door.

Any advice do I dont breake any clips?

Don't worry about breaking your door panel, it's very simple. All you need is a small pry bar and a phillips head screwdriver.

shoeboxs' site under R&R window motor shows step by step with pictures on removing the door panel.

The clips are pretty tough cookies...

Yes it was very simple, with shoebox's site, to get the panel off. In a few days I guess I will be putting it back on, but i need to get a new motor first...
