Driver's side, below the knee bolster. It's on the underside of the dashboard, mainly to conceal wiring... It's been busted ever since I've owned my car, and i've looked on parts sites but nothing seems to be showing that part. Anyone know?

The panel that is parallel to the floor and has a tab that fits into the firewall is called an instrument panel insulator.
