What size rivets for window?
I searched the site and found lots of info on the rivets/nuts&bolts for the window motor, but none for the motor bracket. I made the mistake of thinking I had to remove the whole power window assembly to change my window motor I got everything else back together, but I cannot find a rivet that properly fits the holes in the door for the motor bracket

Those rivets are available at you local GM parts counter.
I have a few leftover from a past job I did. I think they were just over $1 each. The rivet gun required to install them is pretty hefty! Many models run on compressed air. Any auto glass repair shop would have one, and probably the rivets too. You might just want to drive it over with the door panel removed and give someone some cash to shoot the rivets in for you.

The window regulator bracket takes a 1/4" diameter peel- type rivets. Napa part number 665-2438. Put something between the inside door panel and bracket to cushion the flying nail head of the rivet when it breaks off and mushrooms with a bang! It also requires a big rivet gun to handle that size of rivots.
