Ughhh

Ok... heres my situation...
OWN: 1994 Camaro Z28 w/ OG V8 350 LT1... PROS: Red and Black Two Toned Seats, Power Windows and Mirrors... CONS: Like the body of the 3rd gen much more, Drivers side door needs replaced because of butchered nut holes for regulator, engine needs tuned up but dont really have a way of doing it since its my only car and i cant have it in the shop.

FOUND: 1991 Camaro RS w/ V6 M? transmission, engine has 193k miles on it... PROS: Like Body style better than owned car, LT1 Swap can be done to car.. CONS: No Power Windows or Mirrors....

My questions...
Is there a way to get power windows in the 3rd gen? if so... how hard and costly....

Will i be able to fit the same exhaust stuff on the LT1 in the 3rd gen as i would the LT1 in the 4th gen... i.e. Headers... and Exhaust system...?

Seats are direct bolt ins coorect? Easy swap between cars?

well these are just a few... need some answers soon... supposed to meet the guy again friday to negotiate price... asking 1000... but i think i could steal it for 800... so yea... any help is appreciated... negative or positive about buying 3rd gen. thanks again.

pw windows and locks are just a matter of finding and swapping electric for manuel, and you will need door panels as well.

the exhaust is different, but i don't know about the headers....

...oh and if i remeber correctly, the switches are on the center console, so you will also need the console cover..... the harness may also need to be changed. its been a long time since i owned a 3rd gen.

if you can't do a tune up a swap will be over your head. I swapped a motor into a car that it did not come in and it took a lot of work. It can be worth it in the end but you will have to finish the car for it to be fun.

Exactly my thoughts. If you can not even manage to do a tune up within a reasonable amount of time. Then forget doing an engine swap into a 3rd gen. Doing those type of swaps require a decient amount of skill and knowledge. Which it seems you do not have.
