I would call and ask about the coating - is it powder coat, etc. They seem to be saying that they are manufactured to the right spec and tolerances with good material, so the real question will be the coating. If that checks out and you get them at a good price it sounds like a good deal.

People have bought from them with no problems. I guess they ship real slow though and if you do have a problem they can be hard to get a hold of. Also I know they won't let you pick wheels up from them even if you live in the same city.

Re: Are these worth buying

I bought my black ZR-1's from them...they have been on about 6 months now and the powder coat is fading a little...nothing bad though! They also balanced pretty good too...Only problems i had with them is there customer service SUCKS!!!! When i first got the rims one of them had been bent by UPS...so i paid to have another one shipped out immediatley then it was to be refunded back to me when they got the wheel! Well the new wheel came in...UPS dropped it too and it was bent! They put no padding around the rim of the wheel or anything! I was soooo pissed, well i called them up again and they said they would send another one out right then without me having to pay for it since this was the second time it happened, i said cool! Well two weeks went by and no wheel, so i called them back and they hadn't even shipped it yet b/c they didn't get the other wheel back, well turns out they didn't even send a call tag out for ups to pick them up! I was soooo pissed cause that new wheel was supposed to be shipped out when i talked to the guy (shawn) two week earlier. Well i finally had to end up paying for the new wheel untill they got the other one back. So after a month and a half after winning the ebay auction i finally had all 4 wheels on the car. And the last wheel they sent had been dropped also, but i requested that they put extra padding around it so it wouldn't get damaged, and thank God b/c who knows i might still be doing rounds with them!

Re: Are these worth buying

check the offsets...i have research corvette rims for my Z and i was under the impression that stock corvette rims would not fit the fbody offset.

and they say they fit both new vettes and fbodies...

worth checking out.

i see the rears are 65mm offset and the front is 56mm

The center cap looks like its a different color than the wheel.
Their ads for ZR1s have a silver centere cap. Looks crappy IMO.
