spark plug change

when should i think about changing my plugs? i bought my car new with 15 miles on it ......it now has 33,000 miles....any suggestions, ideas? thanks

spark plugs should be fine still. but if you really want to do them its not impossible like some people try to make it out to be. I used ngk iridiums or somthing like that in my car but i'm not sure on an ls1.

changed mine on my 96lt1 and 99ls1, both with just over 50K....and 4 of the 8 plugs on each were missing the platnum puck...makiing the gap nearly .080"...

i would change them

ngk tr55 is all you need....$2 each

TAKE YOUR TIME!! I changed mine all from under the car, except#2 from above.I even cut 1 inch off a socket to get in the tight places.Make sure to put a little never seize on the threads of the plug before you put them back in, to stop them from getting stuck in the head. Good Luck.
