So my 97's horn sounds weak, does anybody else have a horn that sounds different than other years?(it has sounded that way since I got the car in 98)

Mine sounds like it is almost not the horn that came on the car, but I have owned it since almost new

Did the 30th anniversary car get a different horn? I dont have the official 30th(with the stripes), but I do have the emblem on the seats.

Nice. I was thinking of doing something like that, but I'm just using a Jimmy Jams ashtray switch panel and it has a pushbutton purge switch already along with all the other switches.

You check the fuse? Mine stopped working and it was simple as that.

But to answer the question, my horn sounds different from my brothers '93.

I remember reading that the 4th gen's have two horns.. a high and a low.. its not too uncommon that one of them, especially the low dies.. leaving the wimpy high one..

Which leads to humorous titled threads in the past like, "help, my car's horn suddenly sounds gay!"
