Power window "Express down" problem

My drivers side power window does not go all the way down when I hold the switch down for a few seconds. I have to hold the switch down to get it down all the way. It still goes up and down at normal speed but the express does not work anymore. Is it the switch, a fuse, something else?

Don't worry, it's a common problem. $30 bucks will make it go faster than the driver side:

the box under the dash could have gone bad, go to the junkyard and replace it. thats my advice. Its a relay and a resistance sensing circuit.
