93 Z28 Camaro. engine cranks, battery at 12.2 volts. Fuel pressure at 47Lbs while cranking and holds the pressure. No spark, no spark to the plugs . Noid light does not illuminate while cranking. Fuel tank 1/2 full. Car is driven several times a week. It was driven the previous day.

Suggestions as where to test next would be appreciated

Scan for codes (using paper clip, if no scanner). Look for DTC 16, loss of low resolution pulse from the Opti optical cam position sensor. Shuts down injectors and prevents ECM from correctly timing spark, so no spark. That code does not turn on the SES light.

Or, use Shoebox's procedure:

On a 94 and up, you can watch to see if the tach needle moves up a few hundred RPM while the starter is cranking the engin. Works 94 and up ecause the PCM drives the tach. Won’t work with a 93 because tach is driven off the coil, and the ECM isn’t firing the coil, via the ICM.
