Ok having a bad time with the passanger side window motor I got it out and got a new one and put it back in and try it out and it goes up and down fine but grinds really bad so I go to take out again and the nuts that the motor came with are striped on the bolts idk how it happened but I can only get one out. I really don't want to drill them out any suggestions on how I can get it off

Oh sorry thanks for moving it. And shoebox yeah I used your steps and it was a piece of cake but I think the motor is bad. The only problem is the nut just spins and doesn't get loose it has just been my luck with this car

You'll either have to drill it, or as Shoe suggested, a rotary tool and cut off wheel.
