lt1 longtube headers emissions help..

hey everyone I just installed pacesetter long tube headers on my lt1 97 m6 and pacesetter ory I live in California is there anyway this will pass smog ? can I can weld on my cats to the y pipe and be smog legal? need help on a setup that would be smog legal and still run the long tube headers? thank you .
mods are
k&n intake pacesetter headers longtube 3inch, pacesetter off road y pipe 3inch, magnaflow 2.5 inch exhaust.

California enforces Federal rules for cats 1) You can’t delete them; 2) You can’t relocate them from the stock locations; 3) You can’t replace a cat unless the old one was proven defective. Long tubes relocate both cats from the stock locations. Looks like you would fail.

Also, to be legal in California, the headers must have a steel tag welded to one header primary showing the California Air Resources Board CARB-EO certification number. No tag, you fail.

Do your headers have AIR and EGR connections, with a working AIR pump and a working EGR valve? If not, you fail.
