Just recharched A/C, now codes 67 and 69

I just had the A/C recharged at a shop. The A/C system had been empty since May 2009 when I had my new engine put in. Before then it worked great. Now I have codes 67 (A/C refrigerant pressure sensor circuit (pressure sensor or A/C clutch circuit problem)) and 69 (A/C clutch circuit) and the compressor will not engage. These codes did not exist before I had my A/C recharged. The mechanics already left for the 3 day weekend so I'm on my own until Tuesday. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Try resetting the PCM and clearing the codes.

Cleared the codes. When I started the car they were gone. As soon as I turned on the A/C, code 67 came back and the compressor did not engage.

That tells you right where you need to be looking.

I also forgot to mention the fans turn on as they're supposed to when I try and turn on the A/C. So is it just a matter of making sure all the wires and connections are good? I did a quick glance and the pigtail is plugged in on the compressor. Any wires or connections in the interior I should check?

I took a closer look at the pigtail on the compressor. There are two wires going to the compressor: a black one and a green one. The green one is cut flush with the pigtail. I'm guessing that's my issue? Not sure how that could've happened.

For closure purposes: after ordering a new pig tail and soldering it on, the A/C works like a charm.
