GM lists these RPO's for headlight flashers, at this time I cannot say if they were offered on the Camaro, but definitely there were factory wig-wags:

6J2 WIRING PROVISIONS, HEADLIGHT FLASHER AND GRILLE

GM lists these RPO's for headlight flashers, at this time I cannot say if they were offered on the Camaro, but definitely there were factory wig-wags:

This is pretty accurate for the model year specified- the LT1 B4C's had a larger alternator than the LS1's got- typically the used Goodyear GS-c tires that were pricey and didn't last all that well, but were speed-rated.
Again, these are all the standard Z equipped parts. We aren't comparing LT1 to LS1 alternators.

Perhaps, but I have the Special Service flyers for the LT1 years and they don't mention these items. I thought it was the LS1 that had the power steering option as you described?

There was a guy on the board a few months ago that posted his actual build sheet for his 1996 B4C. None of those options you list above were on it.

GS-C's were the standard tire on the early years, on ALL cars with the "QLC" Z-rated tire option. My 94 Formula had them from the factory, I replaced them at 20,000 miles and they still had more than 1/2 the tread left on them. I replaced them with 275/40-17 GS-C's, and took those off after they had 45,000 miles on them, and sold them with my 17x9.5" wheels for a very good price, because they still had more than 1/3 of the original tread left.

Peopls ASSumed the GC-C's wore prematurely, because the outer edge of the tread, where it wrapped around to the sidewall started with less tread depth, and they failed to rotate the tires as recommended, saw the "edge wear" and ASSumed they were wearing out. They weren't.

This is a GS-C with 45,000 miles on it (the narrow one on the right, obviously). Note what appears to be excessive wear on the outer edge of the directional tire - it was designed that way.

I have to say this car is faster than my 2001 z28 I really like this car, it may be older but it is strong. again thank you all for the info

I got my camaro book and I am pretty sure they used iron heads because they were afraid of blown head gaskets with aluminum heads on the iron block.
