The A.I.R. system on my 96 Lt1 does not connect to either of the cats, right? So I can just buy any old high flow cat that fits, and it'll work with the A.I.R.?
Also, There are 3 exhaust O2 sensors, correct?

Correct, the AIR system connects to both of the exhaust manifolds, so plan on buying converters that do no have the AIR tubes. Also, you have 4 02 sensors, two pre-cat and two post-cat sensors.
