How do the Plastic Sail pannels come off?

On the inside of the car. Where the speakers are? How do those pannels come off? I don't want to yank on it and end up breaking somehting.

Ever since I got the car my drivers rear pannel has never sat on there flush. The thick velcro or whatever will not hold it. I was thinking of taking them off to see what the problem was.

the bulk of it is held on by the seat lock. you can get the correct torx bit or just use some vise grips. after that i believe is just some clips or a couple of screws.

You have to remove the coat hanger, too. There is a little plastic gizmo in the hook that slides out to free the hook. It can be a pain. It works like those push pin fasteners that you see under the hood.

Mine were like that for a while. When I removed my interrior I found a toy cell phone behind it pushing it out. I guess the previous owners kid somehoe got it back there.

Be sure that the taped velcro pieces stay on the respective sides. It'll be loose and rattle otherwise.
