Higher powered alternator

I have a 2000 camaro, and I am going to be putting an awesome radio, speakers, amp ect in it. Should I upgrade the alternator?

If you search in the Car Audio Section, some have used 200amp alts with no problems..

Stay away from the no name brand ones on Ebay, i had a 220amp el cheapo and it didn't last more than a year 200 amp is plenty powerful for what your plans are.
