Help Please- Misfires, Stumbling @ Idle, Log Included
Hey guys,
I have asked for help before from some of you guys before, but I still haven't fixed my problem.
At idle and low RPM, the car misfires in various cylinders, dropping the RPM's, oil pressure, and voltage. The car stumbles badly, shaking the entire car. This all began after I replaced the plugs and wires and the car sat, unplugged for about 3 months.
Since then, I have replaced the idle air control, coil, ignition control module, fuel pressure regulator, and just finished with a GMPP Optispark today. I have cleaned out the throttle body and run fuel system cleaners through the tank. Before and after the fuel pressure regulator, my fuel pressure was around 35 PSI. PCV and fuel filter were changed maybe a year ago and the car seemed to work fine. Plugs and wires were done six or seven months ago.
The problem remains, and here is a log from today.

Please notice at the end of the log when I had it stopped and was playing with the trottle in neutral part of the time. The misfires seem to stop around 2000 RPM.
Also, the battery was unplugged over the weekend (while I was doing the opti) until right before I started the car and took this log.
If anyone could give any advice, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks

Clearing the PCM before running a data log isn't really a good idea.. you loose the stored info for the long term fuel corrections.
You could also compact the file a lot by simply getting rid of duplicate units ("Hg/kPa, *C/*F, etc) for the same sensor, and the misfire records that aren't used in the LT1.

I will take another log today and take out some of the unnecessary information like you said.
If there were any fields I was not logging but should, please let me know.
Thanks

Here is a log I took from today. Car has had about 50 miles on it since the battery was reconnected.
