got a question about the manual mirrors..

on my 96 z28, i have a driver side manual mirror, but on the passenger side, the mirror doesnt have the manual controls, it has just a triangle that an automatic mirror would have, i thought that the owner before me messed it up or something and could only find a pwr mirror? but someone at my work has a 98 v6 camaro that the driver side mirror is manual, but the passenger side mirror has just the plane triangle with no manual controls, is this how they came? or is theire something wrong with our cars? by the way both of our cars are no power besides locks i appreciate any help thanks

nope thats how they come. my '02 z28 has manual mirrors with the same setup as u. pretty dumb huh? im really surprised that they dont have an adjusting lever. although i never really adjust the passenger mirror, so i guess its not a big deal
