found out why my window is messed up..

i think a lot of people have had that problem and i figured out how after replacing it twice. think about how you shut your door when you are kind of in a hurry. you probably close it by the glass. you put your hand on the glass and close it. it putsa lot of stress on that little part and eventually break it off. i am just as guilty

I bought the part for $75 from the dealer and used a rivet gun and it took about an hour to do. I would think anything short of welding it would be only temporary.
