Rather than have us guess what your exact symptoms are, or put up a list of lengthy problems that you may or may not have, so that you can decide which fit your situation -why not tell us the troubles exactly as you see them, so that we may help you (and possibly others) which the solution?

the alternator and battery are easy. If the car doesnt start in the morning then check the battery for 12 volts. Less than 12 could mean the battery is bad and needs replaced but recharge it first. After the recharge you should be able to start your car. Go and take a look at your battery guage in the instrument cluster and observe what its doing. A properly functioning alternator will show the voltage right around 13. Since your battery has a fresh charge however you have to wait a while to make sure the voltage doesnt start to drop off indicating the alternator isnt charging it.. problem solved. Now the opposite can also happen where the alternator charges too much so when you start the car and the voltage is sky high... find a new alternator. If you decide the alternator is charging correctly but your battery still wont hold a charge then its time or a new one.

ok, well i went out to my car the other day and when i hit unlock it unlocked the doors and the lights came on then 5 seconds later it went dark, i hit unlock and nothing happened, i got in the car put the keys in the ignition and nothing happened, then i tried it agin and turned the key and nothing, then i waited like 30 sec and turnedthe key and the car turned on. alo i can be driving and the volts will drop, and a couple of time i will have been driving anfd the abs light will come on then 2 munites later the whole car dies and restarts in half a second and everything is fine and just keeps driving. also the other day i was driving and every time i hit the blinker or breaks the radio display and the spedo would flicker, like a loss of power and the volt guage when the car is sunning is slightly above 13 but it pulses and some times looses more and more volts. when the key is in the ignition but the car is not running, so it is running off the battery, the volts are in the yellow just ablove the 1/4 mark on the volt meter.

Check your battery (maybe, even all) connections. Might want to have your battery tested, too.
