Electrical problem

Hi Everyone,
This my first post. I just got a 94 Black Z28 convertible and it has an electrical problem. The power windows, top and stereo don't work. Both fuses are powered from a blue wire on the back of the fuse block. There is no power to the block, if I jump hot to the blue everything works OK. Does anyone know where the blue is powered from? Does anyone know where I can get a readable diagram?
Thanks!!! Ralph

Does any one at least know where I can obtain a W/D? I don't know if an auto zone manual will be accurate or not.
Thanks!

I'll be messing with my convertible this weekend. I'll see if I can trace that wire for you.

I just checked my Haynes manual. It does have a lot of wiring diagrams. I didn't look to see if there were any convertible specific charts in there though. (I have a migraine right now and it hurts to read)

I'll just about bet you the problem is the RAP module.

Power runs through it to get to the fuses for the things you say do not work.

This schematic for 1995 should be about the same for 1994 as well.

You can temporarily bypass the module by jumpering the brown wire in the harness plug to both the dark blue and pink wires. Just make a "Y" cable with some male disconnects on them to do it. Then those items should work with the key ON.

You are right Real z28, Shoebox is a God! I pulled the relay apart and a track on the circuit board was burnt in half. I soldered in a jumper and everything works. I think it may have failed because of tired window motors, I have two new ones on the way.
Is there anything else I should check?
Thanks Shoebox, You are the man!!!

Ya. I kinda figured. My brother's old 87 Conquest TSi really hauled. We got it down to the low 14's before he sold it. Not too shabby for a car that weighs as much as a 4th gen F-body with a 2.6L 4 banger
