Computing compression the calculator

Im using this web sites calculator and am confused about Pistion Top Volume in CC. The pistons have -16 cc so do i insert the data into the calcuator as
-16 or 16?

Which calculator are you using?

You could test by entering it both ways, and seeing which method gives you the lowest static compression ratio.
