Why won't my car charge? new battery and alt and still won't charge???

Maybe a blown battery fuse?

 

How do you know it's not charging? Have you actually measured it with a multimeter across the battery?

 

well i can tell it is not charging becouse if i run the car for awhile and shut it off i have to jump it to get it started again i think it is charging enough to keep the car runnign but not recharging the battery
