My A/C compressor is not coming on. I know it has a full charge, my manifolds pressure guages say we are good. Just suddenly stopped working. Is there a typical reason for this? Thanks for any help pointing me in the direction of cool air.

 

If the PCM thought there was a problem, it would keep it from running until it was reset. May or may not be your problem, but pulling the PCM BAT fuse for 30 seconds might re-enable it.

Dude, make a signature, so people know what you have and can give the right info when you need help.

 

what do the gauges say? you should have about 90 psi on both sides with the compressor off at 80*F
