battery question

How do i run power to my battery if i dont have the engine/wireharnest in the car? (94 lt1)

if there is no engine or harnass...why do you need a battery?

and what would you be runnig the "power" from...obviously not the alternator.

iam doing sum electrical stuff in the car.so i need power.i cant just run power from the battery?i need the alt?

If your battery is fully charged, and you attach it to the red and black battery cables, anything powered off the red terminal box will have power. You can hook a battery charger to the battery if it starts to lose voltage.

make sure the starter end of the positive cable doesn't touch anything, I like putting a piece of heater hose over it

just hook the cables up and make sure that any loose positive connectios are covered with something like tape or hose.
