If you plan to do NHRA drag racing (and pass tech), you will also need a cut-off swtich with the relocated battery. There are several previous threads here on the forum with drawings that show how to run the wiring.
So, do a search on the subject.

The rear relocated battery requires two (+) cable/wire runs from the front, to the rear of the car and switch. Your large #2 cable runs from the starter terminal to the output side of the switch. Your charge wire #10 from the alternator goes to the other side of the switch input along with the #2 cable (+) from the battery.
To provide power to the + block on the passenger side fender you you‘ll need a connection between the alternator charge terminal and the + block on the fender.
Also, you’ll need a #2 cable from the (-) battery terminal and a good solid connection on the rear unibody. And, a good ground (-) connection with #2 cable between the engine and unibody up front.
